These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the AimakerKit website (www.aimakerkit.com) and all purchases of products offered on our platform, including electronic components, sensor modules, microcontroller development boards, AI maker accessories, FPV drone parts, robotics DIY kits, and related electronic supplies. By accessing our website, browsing our products, and placing an order, you fully accept and agree to be bound by these terms. AimakerKit reserves the right to update, modify or revise these terms at any time without prior notice, and changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the website.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to place orders on this website. If you are purchasing products for minor users, you confirm that you are the legal guardian or authorized supervisor and take full responsibility for the use and safety of all purchased items. All products sold by AimakerKit are intended for DIY maker projects, STEM education, embedded development, and personal experimental use only. Unauthorized commercial resale, illegal modification, or use of our products for prohibited applications is strictly forbidden.

Product Information & Accuracy

We strive to ensure all product descriptions, specifications, images, datasheets, and pricing information on AimakerKit is accurate and up-to-date. However, minor technical parameter deviations, appearance upgrades, or batch differences may occur due to manufacturer updates. AimakerKit does not warrant that product information is completely error-free. All drone parts, AI modules, and electronic components are sold as generic maker accessories, without custom professional certification unless explicitly stated on the product page.

Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are final and exclude international shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and import fees applicable to your destination country. We reserve the right to adjust product prices at any time without prior notice. Payment must be completed in full at the time of ordering. All transactions are secure and processed through authorized third-party payment gateways. Failure to complete payment may result in automatic order cancellation.

Order Acceptance & Cancellation

After you place an order, we will send a confirmation email to acknowledge order receipt. AimakerKit reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to stock shortages, product discontinuations, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent transactions, or violations of these terms. If your order is canceled due to our reasons, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Returns & Refunds

Customers may apply for returns or refunds within 30 calendar days of receiving the goods. Eligible products must be unused, unmodified, and kept in original packaging with all accessories intact. Defective products caused by manufacturing quality issues can enjoy free replacement or full refund. We do not accept returns for products damaged by improper installation, wrong operation, manual modification, or human error. Shipping fees for returns are borne by customers unless the return is caused by our product quality or delivery error.

Warranty Policy

Most electronic components, development boards, sensors, and AI maker kits come with a 3-month limited warranty. FPV drone consumable parts (propellers, frames, batteries) are non-warranty items due to their high-frequency use and fragile properties. The warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not cover damage from collision, water immersion, overvoltage, improper wiring, or unauthorized disassembly.

Limitation of Liability

AimakerKit shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of purchased products, including but not limited to project failure, equipment damage, personal injury, or economic loss caused by improper operation, incorrect wiring, or unreasonable use of electronic and drone parts. Our maximum liability for any order is limited to the total order amount paid by the customer.
