Shipping Coverage

AimakerKit provides worldwide shipping services, covering North America, Europe, Australia, Southeast Asia, and most regions around the globe. We support both retail small-order shipping and bulk wholesale shipping for STEM educational institutions, maker studios, and electronic developers.

Processing Time

All in-stock orders will be processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. For out-of-stock items or bulk orders, the processing time will be extended to 5–7 business days. Orders placed on weekends or official holidays will be processed on the next working day. We will strictly inspect all electronic components, sensor modules, and drone accessories before packaging to ensure product integrity.

Shipping Methods & Transit Time

We provide multiple shipping options to meet different customer needs:

  • Standard Shipping: 10–25 business days, economical for small orders of electronic parts and maker accessories

  • Express Shipping: 3–7 business days, fast delivery for urgent drone parts, AI development kits and core development boards

Transit time is for reference only and may be affected by international logistics delays, customs clearance, weather conditions, and local postal efficiency.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on product weight, package size, and destination country, which will be automatically displayed at checkout. We offer free shipping promotions for qualified high-value orders from time to time. All shipping fees are non-refundable unless the order is canceled by our official reasons.

Customs & Import Duties

International shipments may be subject to local customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees. These additional charges are borne by the customer and are not included in our product price and shipping fee. AimakerKit will declare products as electronic maker accessories at a reasonable value to assist smooth customs clearance, but we are not responsible for customs delays, detention or tariff costs.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If the package is lost during transit or arrives with obvious damage caused by logistics, please contact our customer service within 7 days after delivery confirmation. We will verify the situation and provide reshipment or refund solutions for eligible orders. We do not compensate for damage caused by customer improper storage or use after receiving the goods.
